Main Barn:
6 oversized stalls (14x14) with attached extra-large private paddocks for maximum comfort
Fully matted barn; includes stalls, aisle and cross tie areas for comfort and safety
4 cross-tie areas for grooming, 2 are also wash stalls with hot water
Overhead fly system
Spacious tack room, kitchenette with fridge, freezer, & microwave
Aisle-accessible utility sink, well equipped grain room and a blanket storage room
Comfortable lounge area with free WiFi, great if you need to sneak in a Zoom or work call
Luxury Quads:
2 quad buildings each with 4 12x12 stalls opening up to oversized 50x75 paddocks
Stalls are matted with easy, wide access to the attached paddocks
Paddocks have sand & pea-gravel footing for drainage and horse comfort
Secondary Barn
4 matted 12x14 stalls with 12x20 pea gravel paddocks
There is one 12x14 isolation stall ideal for quarantine or stall rest

Large outdoor arena with OTTO-Ebb&Flow fully automated, electronically controlled watering system, OTTO Sport Arena Base Mats and Premier Equestrian custom blend arena surface.
The arena is fully lit for after work and evening rides; the entire property and barn has ample lighting to ensure rider and horse safety around the clock
Our arena system assures that the surface is always evenly watered, as well as pumping off any access moisture after rain storms. Never soggy; no lost training days in the rainy season
Plenty of room for jumping training in the arena or to practice an accurate dressage test in the right amount of footage; maintained daily for level & safe best-in-class footing
Large round pen with the same footing as the large arena - perfect for lunging or riding
Maintained pathways throughout the property for walk warm-ups, cool downs or a leisurely ride overlooking the vineyards
